Vážení priatelia,
všetci sledujeme denné správy v médiách o víruse Corona a o obmedzeniach vlády.
Chceme Vás preto informovať o našom pohľade na vec ako organizátora Bike Promotion.
Je pochopiteľné, že táto situácia Vás môže vystrašiť, pokiaľ čítate o radikálnych sankciách, ktoré majú vírus zastaviť. Veríme že v najbližších týždňoch (do začatia Veľkej noci) sa situácia zmení.
V Číne, ktorá má oveľa ťažšie podmienky, potrebovali 10 týždňov na zmenu situácie, prečo by nám to malo trvať dlhšie v Európe? Karanténa alebo podobné preventívne opatrenia budú síce ťažké, ale dúfame, že situácia bude v priebehu nasledujúcich 4 týždňov lepšia.
Nemecké eventy sú momentálne fungujúce - na okruhu nás nie je viac ako 1 000 ľudí, nie sme v uzavretých miestnostiach, na hlavách máme prilby, atď.
Preto nemáme obavy z nemeckých eventov.
Okruh TT Assen Circuit poslal 13. marca tlačovú správu, že náš dátum je platný.
S určitosťou momentálne nevieme povedať či České eventy, ktoré sú v našom kalendári do Júna, nebude možné zorganizovať. S pretekárskymi okruhmi zostávame naďalej v kontakte a počas následujúcich 4 týždňov budeme sledovať vývoj situácie.
Ak budeme musieť zrušiť event, budeme hľadať, a určite aj nájdeme, riešenie alebo alternatívy výhodné pre obe strany tak, aby nás všetkých uchránili pred tvrdými následkami.
Jednotlivé storno prihlášky nie sú potrebné, v prípade zrušenia nájdeme hromadné pravidlo pre všetkých.

Tlačová správa uvádza, že Česká republika uzavrie hranice na následujúcich minimálne 6 mesiacov, čo ale nezodpovedá súčasnému stavu. Toto je osobný názor predsedu Corona - krízového štábu, nie oficiálne nariadenie českého štátu!
V tejto súvislosti aj naďalej platia predchádzajúce nariadenia o zákaze organizovania športových akcií do 3.04.2020 a uzavretie hraníc na Veľkú noc.
Veríme v zlepšenie situácie a ostávame optimistickí!

V spolupráci s ostatnými organizátormi v tejto chvíli pracujeme na hromadnom riešení všeobecného záväzného predpisu týkajúceho sa realizovateľných a oficiálne zakázaných akcií s ohľadom na možné varianty.
Cieľom je zabezpečiť aby jazdci, závodné okruhy a organizátori mali čo najmenšie straty. Bude to dosť ťažké a bude potrebovať pomoc všetkých týchto troch strán.
Ak sa čo i len jedna strana nedokáže dohodnúť, bude nás to stáť kolaps.
Do konca týždňa zverejníme výsledky našich konzultácií tu a na sociálnych sieťach.
Aktuálny stav jednotlivých eventov:
Španielsko: do 3. apríla 2020 sú zakázané všetky evetny a športové aktivity, nie sú uvedené žiadne informácie o ďalšom postupe;
Oschersleben a Lausitzring: všetky eventy môžu prebiehať podľa osobitných pravidiel;
Schleiz: sú zakázané všetky eventy a športové aktivity s viac ako 50 účastníkmi, dúfame, že v najbližších týždňoch budú zlepšené podmienky;
TT Assen: všetky eventy môžu prebiehať podľa osobitných pravidiel;
Most a Brno: všetky eventy a športové aktivity s viac ako 30 účastníkmi sú zakázané, pre cudzincov nie je povolený vstup do krajiny; dúfame, že v najbližších týždňoch budeme mať lepšie podmienky

Eventy vo Valencii a Aragone boli včera zrušené manažmentom okruhu kvôli skutočnosti, že španielska vláda zakazuje všetky športové aktivity do 3. apríla 2020. Ako zvládneme toto zrušenie, sa musíme porozprávať s vedením manažmentu okruhu v nasledujúcich dňoch (ak to bude možné).

Die durch die Presse geisternden Meldungen, dass Tschechien die Grenze mindestens für die nächsten 6 Monate schließen würde entsprechen nicht der aktuelllen Sachlage. Es handelt sich um die persönliche Meinung des Vorsitzenden des tschechischen Corona-Krisenstabes, nicht um eine offizielle Regelung des tschechischen Staates! Insofern gelten die bisherigen Regelungen weiter und in diesen endet das Veranstaltungsverbot am 03.04.2020 und die Grenzschließung an Ostern. Wir bleiben optimistisch!

In Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Veranstaltern arbeiten wir derzeit an einer allgemein verbindlichen Regelung hinsichtlich durchführbarer und behördlich untersagter Veranstaltungen. Ziel ist es, Euch, den Rennstrecken und uns eine Übergangszeit mit stemmbaren Belastungen zu ermöglichen. Das wird schwer genug und erfordert das Mittun aller Beteiligten. Wenn nur eine Partei aus diesem Dreieck ausschert wird das zum Kollaps führen. Wir werden das Ergebnis der Beratungen hier in Kürze vorstellen.
Der aktuelle Stand hinsichtlich der einzelnen Veranstaltungen ist folgender:
- Spanien: bis 3. April 2020 sind alle Veranstaltungen durch die Behörden untersagt, für die Zeit danach gibt es noch keine Aussage;
- Oschersleben und Lausitzring: derzeit sind die Veranstaltungen unter Auflagen durchführbar;
- Assen: derzeit ist die Veranstaltung unter Auflagen durchführbar;
- Schleiz: derzeit sind alle Veranstaltungen über 50 Personen untersagt; wir hoffen mit der Zeit auf Lockerung
- Most und Brno: derzeit sind alle Veranstaltungen über 30 Personen untersagt, es herrscht ein Einreisestopp für Ausländer; wir hoffen mit der Zeit auf Lockerung

Die Events in Valencia und Aragon wurden nun doch abgesagt bzw. unterbrochen, die spanische Regierung hat sämtliche sportlichen Aktivitäten untersagt. Wie mit der Situation umgegangen wird müssen wir in den nächsten Tagen mit den Rennstrecken klären, insofern das möglich ist. Ob der Betrieb der Strecken nach dem 3. April wieder aufgenommen werden kann ist derzeit offen.
Liebe Freunde, wir alle verfolgen intensiv die sich überstürzenden Meldungen in den Medien zur Ausbreitung des Corona-Virus und die damit zusammenhängenden staatlichen Schutzmaßnahmen inklusive der Absage von Veranstaltungen. Unser Standpunkt als Veranstalter ist folgender:
Klar kann einem Angst werden, wenn man die teilweise rabiaten Methoden betrachtet, die zur Vermeidung der Ausbreitung des Virus getroffen werden. Aber es liegt auch klar im Interesse Aller, dass keine Panik aufkommt. Wir hoffen und glauben daran, dass sich die Epidemie innerhalb der nächsten Wochen ein- bzw. zurückdrängen lässt. In China hat es ungefähr 10 Wochen gedauert bis sich die Ausbreitungsentwicklung umgekehrt hat. Dies in einer Gegend, in der die Bevölkerungsdichte eine andere, das Gesundheitssystem ein anderes und die Luftqualität vorher ebenfalls eine andere waren und sind.
Die jetzt sprunghaft anwachsenden Fallzahlen sind unter anderem auch das Ergebnis eines sich gerade etablierenden Testsystems. Bis vor kurzem waren zum Testen lediglich zwei Labore in Deutschlan in der Lage, nunmehr kommen täglich Labore hinzu. D.h. es waren schon von Beginn an mehr Menschen infiziert als öffentlich bekannt und der Zuwachs an Infizierten geschieht langsamer als es den Eindruck in den Medien macht. Zudem ist in den Medien fast ausschließlich von der Anzahl Infizierter die Rede, die der Genesenen spielt kaum eine Rolle. Quarantänemaßnahmen und ähnliches sind aber schlimm genug, insofern werden wir in den nächsten Wochen wohl noch einiges aushalten müssen. Dennoch sind wir guter Hoffnung, dass die Intensität der Schutzmaßnahmen bis Ostern abnimmt, das sind noch gut vier Wochen.
Die deutschen Veranstaltungen fallen nach jetziger Lesart der Behörden nicht unter das Veranstaltungsverbot. Wir sind im Freien, wir sind nicht mehr als 1000 Personen, wir haben Helme auf... Auch die Veranstaltung in Assen ist im Moment noch ungefährdet, so ein statement der Strecke vom 13.03.20.
Die Veranstaltungen in Tschechien bis Juni stehen allerdings in Frage, das ist nicht zu leugnen. Wir stehen in Kontakt zu den Rennstrecken und werden die Entwicklung in den kommenden vier Wochen beobachten. Sollte es wirklich zu Absagen kommen werden wir Lösungen bzw. Alternativen suchen und finden, die uns allen einen erträglichen Ausgang aus der Situation ermöglichen. Individuelle Stornierungen der Veranstaltungen sind also nicht nötig, im Bedarfsfall wird es eine allgemein gültige Regelung geben.

Yesterday the medias send out that the Czech Republic said that the border stay closed for the next 6 months. Most and Brno agreed that these news are not the official position of the czech goverment. Current standing: the rules says that events are baned until 3rd April and border is closed til easter time. Events after counts as possible. We stay optimistic!

In co-operation with other organizers we work in this moment on an global solution with the view on possible and impossible events. Target is to save that riders, race tracks and organizers have a chance on less prejudices. It will be hard enough and need the help of all these three parties. If only one party is not able to agree we will get the collaps. Untill end of the week we will publice the results of our consultations here and in the medias.
Current standing of the single events:
- Spain: until 3rd April 2020 all events and sportive activities are banned, no information how it goes forward;
- Oschersleben and Lausitzring: all events are possible an have to run under special rules;
- Schleiz: all events and sportive activities with more than 50 participants are banned, we hope on better conditions through the next weeks;
- TT Assen: all events are possible an have to run under special rules;
- Most and Brno: all events and sportive activities with more than 30 participants are banned, no entry in the country for foreigners; we hope on better conditions through the next weeks
Update March 14th 2020
The events in Valencia and Aragon was canceled yesterday by the track managements due to the fact that the spanish goverment ban all sport activities untill April 3rd 2020. How we can handle this cancellation we have to dicuss with the track managements in the next following days (if possible). It´s open now if we can go forward after the 3rd April.
Dear friends, we all follow the daily news in the medias about the Corona-Virus and the restrictions by the goverments. We want to inform you about our point of view as an organizer:
It´s clear that it can scare the people if the read about the radical sanctions to stop the virus. But it´s also clear that nobody can be interested in a panic situation. We believe in a change of the situation in the next weeks untill Easter time. In China with much more difficult conditions it needs 10 weeks to change the developement, why it should need the same time in Europe? Anyway, quarantine or similar precautionary measures will be hard enough but we are in hope that it will be better within the next 4 weeks.
The german events are save for the moment- we are not more than 1000 people on place, we are not in closed rooms, we have helmets on our heads.... So we are not afraid about the german dates. Also the TT Assen Circuit sent an press release on 13th March that the event there is save at the moment.
For sure we have a risk that the events in Czech untill June will not happen. We stay in contact to the tracks and will watch the developement of the situation. If we have to cancel events we will search and find solutions or alternatives which save us all from to hard implications. Individual cancellations are not necessary, in case of a cancellation we will find a global rule for everybody.
